Horseback Riding Tours

HORSEBACKRIDING IN MENDOZA

The unique sensation of a quiet horse ride through the unbelievable mountainous views is how our unforgettable journeys.

We will go to Puesto Sosa where we will find the horses ready to start our adventure

In every adventure we will be guided by local cowboys, who are experts on the flora, fauna and the places where we will take our ride.

All of our horses are quiet and docile, they will follow our guide’s horse. The mounts are comfortable and the horses go at a slow peace, you will never forget this experience!

 

Half Day Horse Ride

After the arrival to Puesto Don Sosa, we will cross the pre-mountain range of the Andes, enjoying a magnificent view of Mendoza City.

We will find an ancient willow tree after one hour and a half of our ride, underneath the tree, and beneath a mountain river we will find the perfect place to have breakfast, including a spectacular view and an incredible micro-climate. There will be “mate”, “tortitas”, coffee and a cool atmosphere. Then we will start our ride back for one more hour to arrive to our starting point.

 

Departure: 9am in winter, 8 am in summer

Length: half day

Season: all year round

Full Day Horse Ride

Upon our arrival to Puesto Don Sosa we will cross the pre-mountain range of the Andes, towards the west into the mountain itself. We will find unbelievable places of great beauty that will make this journey unforgettable. After three hours of horse ride we will arrive to a nice mountain river fall, we will continue our ride to a magnificent viewpoint where we will enjoy a typical Argentinean “asado”(BBQ). We will start our return, a two more hour’s ride, in which we will have to ascend a very slanted slope to finally reach our starting point.
